PRICING AND HOW TO BUY

You pay for active subscribers. That is the whole model

Modular, per-active-subscriber pricing, so your platform cost tracks your subscriber base rather than running ahead of it.

Why active-subscriber pricing is good for you

A fiber build is a large fixed investment against revenue that ramps over the years. A platform priced on seats, sites, or a flat licence fights that curve; you pay for scale before you have it. AEX is priced per active subscriber, which means the platform costs the least when you can least afford it and grows only as the business does. It also means we are only successful if you are.

What drives the number

  • Which modules you adopt, and when. You are not required to take all of them.

  • How many active subscribers you serve.

  • Whether you take managed services alongside the software, and at what level.

  • Hosted, self-hosted or hybrid deployment.

What is not in it

  • No forced rip-and-replace

  • No requirement to standardize your hardware to get value from the platform

How Buying Works

1 WORKING SESSION We understand the operation: what you have today, where it hurts and what you're trying to hit
2 SCOPED PROPOSAL Against the modules you actually need - not a standard package.
3 DEPLOYMENT PLAN Field Service can be live in as little as 30 days. Software adoption is modular so value starts soon.

FAQs

How does AEX pricing work?

AEX is priced per active subscriber, not per seat, site, or flat license. That means your platform cost tracks your subscriber base as it grows, rather than running ahead of it, so you're not paying for scale you don't have yet.

What actually determines what I pay?

Four things: which modules you adopt and when (you're not required to take all of them), how many active subscribers you serve, whether you take managed services alongside the software and at what level, and whether you go hosted, self-hosted, or hybrid.

Do I have to buy every AEX module to get started?

No. You choose which modules to adopt and when, so you can start with what you need and add more later rather than committing to a full package upfront.

Do I need to standardize my hardware to use AEX?

No. There's no requirement to standardize your hardware to get value from the platform, and no forced rip-and-replace of the tools you already have.

How does the buying process work?

It's three steps. First, a working session where AEX learns your operation, what you have today, and where it hurts. Second, a scoped proposal built against the modules you actually need, not a standard package. Third, a deployment plan.

How quickly can I be up and running?

It depends on what you're deploying. Software adoption is modular, so you don't have to wait for a full platform rollout, you can bring modules on one at a time and start seeing value as each one goes live.
