Most operators stitch together separate vendors for planning, equipment, field work, provisioning, billing and support, then pay an integration tax forever to keep them talking. AEX covers all six stages itself, so every completed step triggers the next.

STAGE 1: PLAN
Know exactly what you can sell, before you sell it
Overselling into footprint that is not built yet is one of the most expensive mistakes an operator can make, and it happens when the coverage map and the sales system are different systems. On AEX they are the same system. Your footprint lives in a GeoJSON-based GIS layer covering everything from fiber routes to data centers and PoPs, every address is classified as built or prebuild, and the sales channel qualifies against it in real time. When an area goes live, geo-targeted campaigns fire and pre-orders convert to orders automatically.
STAGE 2: BUILD
One team sources the equipment, deploys it, and then monitors it
Sourcing hardware from one vendor and commissioning it through another creates a delay every time coordination slips. AEX is an authorised Nokia reseller and a multi-vendor supplier: we specify, source, stage and deliver OLTs, ONTs, Wi-Fi 6E gateways, street cabinets, BNGs and CG-NAT, coordinated with the commissioning schedule. Our engineering teams take it from site survey through configuration and commissioning to handover. And where you need middle-mile, your PoP backhauls onto our own 100Gbps backbone and reaches a national Internet Exchange on day one, rather than waiting on a build.


STAGE 3: SELL
From qualified address to captured payment, in one flow
Orders arrive online, at the door, and over the phone, and all three land in the same place with payment already taken. Packages, bundles and regional pricing are configured without engineering effort. Your door-to-door teams get their own app with the coverage map, their pipeline, and their commissions. Subscribers get a white-label web and mobile app that is both your shopfront and their account.
STAGE 4: INSTALL
The technician is the operator, as far as the subscriber is concerned
A closed order automatically schedules the work. Smart scheduling accounts for route, technician location, and skill set, or the subscriber can pick their own slot, change their address, or upgrade their package at the point of booking without calling anyone. The technician works in a native app built on an offline sync-and-merge engine, so a job in a basement or a rural route does not stop. Photos, signatures, GPS, and time-stamped asset condition come back to the back office in real time, not at the end of the week.


STAGE 5: ACTIVATE
The job closes, the service provisions, and the invoice goes out
This is where most operators lose days, and some lose months. On AEX, closing the job triggers zero-touch provisioning: the device is detected, configured, activated, and, if needed, rolled back at layers 2 and 3 across ten OEM ecosystems and any TR-069 device through our ACS. Connectivity is verified before the technician can close the job. Activation triggers the first invoice the same day, across recurring, prepaid, postpaid, and wholesale models in a single billing engine.
STAGE 2: BUILD
Faults that get fixed before the phone rings
Monitoring is not a dashboard somebody checks. Layer 2 and 3 metrics feed straight into ticketing and field dispatch, so a network event becomes a job rather than an alert. Behind it, a 24/7/365 NOC watches OLTs, switches, BNGs, rectifiers, batteries, and backhaul, with Nokia-certified engineers and direct escalation into OEM technical teams. When a subscriber does call, a white-label helpdesk agent answers under your brand, with the full account, service, network, and billing context already in front of them.
